He hasn't paid any rent, and she waived the deposit to try and help him out.. According to her his checks bounced.

As of right now eviction proceedings are already happening.

From what I understand at least two people have shown up with cops and taken delivery of boats.

In another weird thing, I guess they have been going in late at night and working? The neighbors have said they are pulling engines?

I don't understand why he wouldn't just do it in the middle of the day, as opposed to at night? who knows..

If it was me and I had something down there I'd be going to get it sooner than later.

Again that's the latest information.. That isn't my information, that isn't me saying it. That is his landlord whom called and relayed said information and has now posted it online.

Just noticed this post I'm not sure who posted this or where this info came from I'm guessing Rusty im the landlord and the only person that has brought boats in and taken out is Rusty I have camera system and only shows Rusty he has taken several boats out after all his lies about my rent money I looked him up from his bogus checks and was shocked to see what people were saying he is a con and liar the only time i ever opened the gate is when a officer showed up took the peoples paperwork and check vin numbers and police let them take and I called Rusty and he told me to get a release form he didn't owe any money and I told him I wasn't on his payroll now he stated all his tools and equipment was stolen and he called the police police came out I showed the officer camera and all the checks that were no good I told him he was welcome to take camera system after seeing everything he said no don't need it good luck to you Rusty wanted me to call and say this happened my exact words to him was I dont know what sick game he was playing this time because i told him never ever have i been broke into and how was that even possible when he chsnged locks

Did Rusty make a second pollice report ? He already said everything was taken out of the warehouse , and that stuff (boats )was moved to get other things. That was his first attempt of lying and trying to use my friend as an escape goat . Nope not today or any day lady and Rusty.
Clearly several people have mentioned Rustys burned them . This was obviously planned . He knew what he was doing . He had to find way to get everyone off his back , so he rented from Kellie , because he was evicted and to find somewhere to go ( no one knew where he vanished to ) he then brought the boats here to hide from everyone then all of a sudden everything is gone ( on 1 incident as I already mentioned ) Then a few weeks later he claiming on social media the landlord opened the gate and let people take the boats ..... hmmmm.
No he has been Taking the boats out slowly ( which Kellie was aware of but not her bussiness) well all said and done , he didn't pay rent for June and July, excuse after excuse , literally throwing diversions in every conversation she had with him about the rent, going in circles with his bullshit non sense he would say to her.
I'm here to tell you Kellie did not do anything It was a well planned out but in the end he met his .match someone who did their homework the minute he tried pulling his bullshit .
