Nope, just for tractors and implements.does this mean that your gonna get a bigger boat?
congrats! look forward to the post!
We are keeping the lake house, only 40 minute apart. No need for the extra door, guns are fucking everywhere at the ranch, never know when you can cap a pasture poodle. That looks bitchen. Are you keeping your place on the lake too?
Also, I'd cut a door into that safe / gun room from the master. Shit goes sideways, it's usually at night or early morning hours and you'll be in bed.
LOL! NICE!!We are keeping the lake house, only 40 minute apart. No need for the extra door, guns are fucking everywhere at the ranch, never know when you can cap a pasture poodle.
You just going to move the pond?New pond hit a road block. Five feet of rock, estimate is 40k tons of rock would need to be excavated and crushed for road base. View attachment 1143035 View attachment 1143036
Looks like a Barndaminium.Getting started on new house and shop. Pad is done, forms are started. View attachment 1141364 View attachment 1141365
Not sure yet, cost looks awful. You just going to move the pond?
The design I posted was 200k for the shell, delivered to Prescott and included all the insulation and Artic White liner panels for all the walls and roof of the shop. Not sure yet, cost looks awful.
Yah, people in my neighborhood have been finding rock while digging pools. Costs skyrocket at that point, so I’m a little hesitant to pull the trigger right now. I can’t imagine how much it would be for a pond. Not sure yet, cost looks awful.
Possum Kingdom, about 40 minutes from the ranch.Nice! Where abouts?
What company are you getting it from?Looks like a Barndaminium.
My wife and I are looking into building one in Prescott Valley for our retirement home. Have a design shell for a 40' x 50' House with 20' deep covered patios on 3 side and a 2 Car 30' x 40' deep Garage and a 50' x 60' Shop.
We are still working on the overall design and will likely change the roof on the residential side to span all the way out to cover the patios rather than what is shown as we will need columns out there anyways. This will give us 4 points of bearing for the roof and make it easier to incorporate dormers into the roof as well. View attachment 1143084
we are just using it to clear grass pasture and timber under 6 inches avoiding the rocks. the bigger stuff we used a disc mulcher and for fine finish the drum with knives.Awesome build! How do you like the track steer forestry setup? How does it deal with hitting rocks? I need something like that to clear our lot of scrub oak.
I've lived in CA, NM and TX all had snakes. Only place I saw gators in TX was Beaumont,I'd give my left nut for that shop! You can keep the gators and snakes though!!
Oh yeah we got our share of rattlesnakes, I meant no disrespect!!!I've lived in CA, NM and TX all had snakes. Only place I saw gators in TX was Beaumont,
The disc mulcher with carbide teeth is better for the rocks. The drum with knives work best for finish. Since I own disc and mulcher you can tell it’s a tough decision. The disk mower with caster wheels clears an amazing amount of land. My son showed me about 7 that he had cleared today, total transformation.Awesome build!
