..after being set on fire.
Too quick...unless ankle, knee then outer thigh...let the fire slow the blood loss.

Slow and agonizing. The pain any parent would feel losing a kid isn't quick.

I may be an asshole, or a sick SOB, but at times I feel I'm not near as bad as the scum that walks this earth. Maybe I'm no better, but I have some F'd up sense of justice and logic.

  • FYI; They lived in Costa Mesa, used her parents VW wagen, hid the car at Grandma's house in Whittier, hid the gun at his former or current employers business. CHP investigators got them, the car, and the gun.

Yup, dumb and dumber. "Hey, theyll never think to check my families or my employers?!"

Great Job CHP to catch these pieces of shit.

What a piece of shit!
These can't be real posts, that jerkoff is too stupid to shut the hell up. The second post admits guilt, guess we just figured out how he is going to plee.

How insecure and desperate for attention do you have to be to post shit like that online

They need to publicly hang these fucks, I would even buy a tickets if the proceeds went to the mom. Every time I think about that little boys last words I shake...RIP little guy

I am with you on that one for sure. What conflicts me is that Mom flipped them off and engaged them. I know this is not an excuse, but when I have my kids in the car, I am a different person and de-escalation is my first priority. What a terrible guilt to carry with something that was so avoidable. I may be wrong though and was this a random shooting or was it road rage based? I havent followed it beyond the threads here.

Why didnt mom just take the high road? :(

Sorry for this little guy and I cant imagine looking back at my child saying his belly hurts and thats his last words.

I haven’t looked into it myself, my info comes from my girlfriend. Apparently the mom was trying to merge out of fastrack and the fucktards wouldn’t let her over so she flipped them off, she eventually got over and later down the road to fucktards pulled up behind her and shot into her trunk. Not the “road rage” I would expected to cause a shooting but that could also be a tamed down version of the story.

Yea. I would REALLY like to know the real story of what happened. VERY few times is it 100% all one person involved in a road rage incident. As the old saying goes..... it takes two to tango. And in No way, am I defending the shit bag for firing at a car. Would just like to know the whole story. I have a feeling there is more to it than what is being painted by the bullshit media.

@gqchris . . . I hear what you are saying on having the kids in the car.
My Ex had 3 kids (I have none) and when I would drive them to, or pick them up from sports, school, etc. I was always, not quite 'stressing' , but my ass drove a hell of a lot safer with the 'precious-cargo' on board, head on a swivel & shit. Like many others, I used to 'run-a-little-hot' when I was young . . . but that shit was NEVER even a consideration w/ kids in my truck. Ir-regardless . . . how the 'F' do you go from being cut-off, to firing rounds out the window ?!?!?! , on top of it, you're the passenger and your chick is driving ??? . . . that's a whole other level of scumbag . . . . makes ZERO sense to me. I just pray the judicial system works and they get the maximum sentence allowed by the law. If there's even a 'tiny' bright spot through all of this mess , at least it didn't take place in LA County, both of the suspects would be out on low bail, and the DA would eventually have them serving some light community service, and therapy counseling w/ zero jail time.

is it another level of scum bag? not for that guy. Look at his social media. Red flags all over, it was a matter of time.

I know this DA Todd Spitzer he was actually an LAPD officer in reserve for a while. Pretty sharp dude he was a DDA in orange county for quite a while politically didn’t fit in because he was a straightforward guy.

we sat next to each other at a huge benefit for a major charity in orange county for a dinner about two years ago, had a conversation on and off for about two hours. This is the guy you want he’s going to go after these people.

If the mom flipped off dipshit, probably not the best move. That said, driving LA area roads for 20+ years I got flipped off frequently. Trucks with trailers, smoking tanker or asphalt kettles that smelled...lots of sign language. I had a very bad temper, and due to locations, usually had protection of sorts. Never, never in my life would I had pulled a gun, or fired rounds. Maybe I wasn't that stupid, but I doubt it...I was pretty stupid. Whatever the scenario, who said what or did what to who, the kid didn't need to be any sort of victim. The shooter needs to pay for his sins, as does the girlfriend. Regardless of the mothers actions, she's being punished.
I have to wonder if drugs were a part of this, or how they would find out. Borrowed cars, living in Costa Mesa and working in San Bernardino...being on the freeway at that time, etc. Just seems odd.

gun ownership....... this is why not everyone should be allowed to have them.

And yet I'm supposed to be comforted or comfortable standing in line at KFC LHC, behind a guy who by appearances couldn't rub two quarters together, but he's packing a Glock stuck in the back of his waistband. I must admit, I wasn't.

I agree with you, some people will make you nervous just by there appearance. I am sure I have been "that guy" to others. When I first moved here I had been working in the yard all day. Mowing the field and such. I was filthy, undershirt and ball cap. Kids ran out of milk. Jump in the truck and head to the store. The deputies in line behind me at the quicky mart didn't say a word to me...I about shit when I got in my truck...I had a .357 in my waistband. I had it for snake shot from yard work.
Look at the brightside, wouldn't you rather he have been in front of you in line, than behind you ;)
And yes, Havasu is different than here in the sticks...

I get the sticks thing --- I started holstering my 357 whenever I'm out and about offroading or even visiting up at our Hackberry ranch. This after feeling seriously naked when chatting with area neighbors and being " That guy" who wasn't armed. 🥵
Yes Sir, No Ma'am, I must admit, there's a noticeable increased politeness and some relaxing of shoulder chips when everybody is armed.

I know I'm the odd man out with the RDP crowd, but other than having the guns for target shooting, or carrying my rattler snake shot revolver around here at home.
First time this 73 y.o. has carried since my all expenses paid Asian vacation. And no, I don't own an AR either, I know, I'm a freak.

And you damned right I'm glad I was behind him, and happier when he got his order and departed 😁

Without ever meeting the guy, but hearing him admit that he has done less than perfect actions before made me gain respect for him

I have been a bit hesitant to talk about Todd.(Public Forum) Todd and I grew up together. Our families were close. I shared quite a few memorable times with him. Trips to Catalina, Arrowhead, Palm Springs etc. I haven't spoke with him in awhile. However, I will say he is a solid, honorable, honest guy. If I talk to him I will invite him to take a look at this thread. He might appreciate some of the comments.

Cheers, Steve

Agree...when I heard him say on TV something to the effect of “I am not the LA or SF DA, (called then out..) we will prosecute the killers to the max extent of the law, we will find you, we have solved 40 year old cold cases cases”
I knew it was in good hands to get the max for these killers.

Allegedly the white VW wagon was the girls dad’s car registered to him, within days this relatively unique car was being plastered all over the news, he never questioned where the car was ? Does not watch the news ?
Strikes me as strange as the perps hid the car at grannies house right away, your car disappears for 2+ weeks, it is all over the news, and you know nothing?

Let's hope he ignores the small groups making lots of noise, and knows that most people would love to see the death penalty put back in place.

At least one person in that car has earned it.

I get it. I don't carry unless I'm out in the woods, yard work for snake charming, or meeting an unknown to buy something. For the most part, I lead a fairly safe and boring life now...and I really kind of like it.

It was previously mentioned that changing the way they look was another red flag, as was the car disappearing.

Well, I look ugly all the time...be worried if I start gettin' pretty, or develop duck lips.

Actually, don't worry. Just take me out of my misery!
