I was bouncing bar in FL, breaking up a fight and a guy tried to bite me. I raised him up and slammed him down hard on a pool table. Knocked all the wind out of him. End of game.The guy was a dangerous bastard as the fight started by him smashing a pitcher over another guy's head......Drunk fucks do not have to be good fighters to be dangerous as most are cowards and attack with objects from behind. Heard about the window too. That changes things a bit as far as her defense of seeing him reaching into the vehicle. I am curious if it was all the way up or if the rear passenger window was up too? The charges being filed so quickly is to me a sure sign this is a political move to sooth the masses.......The courts will now decide if the shoot was justified as self defense.

The long rap sheet on the perp showing him to be a danger to LE will hopefully some way find itself into evidence, but will be a tough process for the defense. The officer is now the "bad guy" and will need to make a strong case.

The national attention to these incidents and the political pressure to ease media induced conditions has changed the whole process of legal procedure. LE now has apparently lost the previous discretionary procedure of a DA and/or Grand Jury determining if charges are filed. Political pressure will likely now force charges to be filed in all shooting cases involving black perps. Racism vs racism is the issue and could very well lead to this new precedent of passing the bulk directly to a criminal trial.

To me what we now could face is a reluctance of LE to be able to defend themselves in the course of doing their jobas far as protecting the public from dangerous perps. They will force to decide if they should attempt an arrest or just back away and leave a dangerous threat to citizenry go about their business. I believe most LE will do their job as they have pledged to do and deal with the circumstances, but how many will perhaps hesitate as the thought of prosecution lies in the back of their mind. Hesitation that could prove fatal to the officer.

Like our military being saddled with rules of procedure in war, our LE is being saddled with doubts due to politics dictating procedure......:thumbsdown

My neighbors have a guest house. They rent it out. A few years ago, someone tried breaking into the main house. The tenants phoned 911. The bad guy fled in a stolen truck when policed arrived. The police got criticised for not pursuing the bad guy. They did put out spike strips up the street. But when he continued they did not give chase via cars. The bad guy near the freeway entrance, abandoned the stolen truck and at gun point took another vehicle. Again police got criticised for not chasing and being close enough to surround him when he stopped the truck. They put the car jack victim at risk for not pursuing.

Canada is a little different over the USA. The difference is criminal law is a federal jurisdiction. Although an Alberta court doesn't have jurisdiction to prosecute another provinces criminal cases. There rulings however do have standing across Canada. An example. The Ontario court of appeals ruled the laws against prostitution unconstitutional. That ruling made the laws on prostitution unconstitutional in all of Canada.

Basically due to things like the above. Police in Canada are not aloud to pursue stolen vehicles its a nation wide policy. Thanks libtards. I hate anyone to be man handled by the cops! Remember the cops do not hold back if they are going to force you to do something. You WILL be put into submission. Why do these people not get this. They figure they can just go on taunting and doing unpredictable things without having any consequences. if a cop pulls you over he/she is complete control of you. Your only recourse is to take them to court. During the your time being pulled over you have to do whatever he says even if it against you rights. Later on you can prosecute him if you want but you can't do it on the side of the road. You can let the cop know about your rights and that you will proceed with legal action if your rights are violated but thats really it.
