Not sure it’s true, but runway definitely long enough. Especially if he’s in the back up plane 757 not the 747

747SP I think is a shortened version, plus Air Force One is probably loaded heavy with all the extra VIP items. I'm pretty sure they'll take the 757.

The 757 will stop halfway down the runway. And when he leaves that thing will lift off with half of the runway left. They could do havasu but it's more of a weight thing, id imagine. the 757 is a rocket when loaded correctly.

Havasu definitely has enough runway but BHC is a towered international airport that is centrally located between several cities making it the logical choice.
