No one is refusing to ever turn over discovery for the entire case. This is legal maneuvering on issues that lawyers typically can work out but given the defendant in this case wishes to disclose discovery items typically kept confidential, there will be some protocols to be worked out. But all appropriate discovery will be disclosed.

With respect to two grand juries, they are two separate sets of crimes in two different jurisdictions. And as such those crimes should be charged in the jurisdictions in which they occurred.

At the end of the day, if you want to back a gentleman that has been found by his peers to have raped a woman and openly and publicly belittles handicapped individuals you are certainly free to do that. And that is even before we get to his highly liberal policy positions from government spending, to taxes, to the expansion of the scope and reach of government in order to limit an individuals freedom and liberty.

For me, I’ll take a pass and vote for someone else. It is really just that simple.

So I have no idea who will be on the ballot from the R and D side as they have not yet had their conventions to nominate their candidate.
