Trailers with low drive guards.

Hey guys,

Anyone have drive guards on pretty low trailers? Do you guys have rollers in the back to prevent scraping? Any pictures would greatly be appreciated.

This design with the wheels on the outside of that support seems like a better idea than my Dad's Schiada trailer. His has the wheels in the middle of the cross bar at the bottom. Over time, it bent up a bit.

I don’t have any of the spectra, but here’s what I’ve done with my 21 RC

Mine sits pretty low. Trailer had internal wheels. So I cut them out, and welded these heavier steel wheels.

I havent towed mine around much, but if I remember correctly, the toe of my boot wont fit underneath the guard lol 13" wheels and 60 series tires dont help

I just switched to 14" wheels after a lady came into my lane head on and I rashed one of my 13" on the curb. They were 4 lug and there are zero replacements out there anymore, not to mention the only tire I could buy was not a DOT tire, ran out of options. By the math I only gained 1/4" of height with the switch.

I finally found some tires to keep my 13" westerns. Luckily I have 5 lug hubs so worst case I could go to a 14" slot mag that I have. Did you see that someone reciently used a Bassett Racing wheel on a trailer? They actually looked really good

Bad ass boat

Some people just always have super nice first class stuff.. Joe Mitchell is one of those guys, apparently toy his kid is as well. Eric is doing some minor upgrades to the trailer for him before the boat is shipped to Germany where he lives. This thing is bad ass
