Trailer tires can be a bitch. I needed 205/65R14 tires but no one makes them. Only trailer tire option was over priced 205/65D14 Bias ply. Ended up spending too much time modifying my fenders and getting Hartland ST radials in 205/75R14. Made the trip from Phoenix to Havasu well and the tread pattern looks like it wear well.

Yup, I've been down this exact same road. I ended up going to 5200 lbs 6 lug axles on my new trailer build for my 25' daytona. Tandem 6 lug axles, 18" wheels and tires. I have Toyo Proxes tires. Awesome setup, tows like a dream.

I've ran Proxes on SUV's but never on a trailer. Good tires. How have they held up on your trailer?
