There’s a lot of nice houses in Havasu. There are a lot of junky ones too. The one thing I don’t like about Havasu is you have a nice house and next door is some shit hole with cars parked in the front yard. Unless you’re at the Riviera, Refuge or FootHills.


Your picture made my point. There’s a house for 1.5 million and half a block away there’s one for 400k, 500k and something for 178k.

There was something going on at that intersection on Friday. We got stuck in that too on our way into town around noon. Waze said there was an accident and we saw fire truck heading away, before it started to break up. Other than that, I didn't really think the town was very crowded. Seemed like a normal weekend in Havasu.

The residents have places to go and people to see!

50 years ago you could drive across town in winter in 5 minutes on dirt roads and only see 3 other people! What happened? You California people moved here and ruined the place!

Carlsbad locals are fuming about a few long stretches of two lane roads that were just changed to single lane. The road rage in people eyes now is disturbingly visible. It really makes no logical sense.
