Where did you find a 4” rear shackle? And how much did you have to cut the bed to fit it?
I have the Cognito uca and lowered front 3/4-1” rear is Mcgaughty’s 3” shackle, but had to cut the pinch seam out of rear for about 3”’s but love it. Now if only i could find a good lowered shock.

Just finished up this today, 2017 2500hd ccsb, 4" drop shackle, factort matched flares, snuglid, 20x10 +22mm offset wrapped in 295/60/20 toyo View attachment 613054 View attachment 613055 View attachment 613056 View attachment 613057

Ill look and see what part number i ordered. The drop is 3" it was a typo in the original post.

I really wanted to drop the truck lower, but these new trucks are tough, nobody makes a rear leaf hangar relocator and even at that im not excited to start cutting the frame.

Question for you, you said that you did uppers to get the drop, how did you get past the factory bump stop. On my trick there is a piece of stamped/rolled steel that comes off the frame and lets the bompstop rest on the lower arm, if i were to do any kind drop other then a spindle id have to cut out or relocate that bumpstop mount.

I did the Cognito uca because i was going to go up a little but then decided, na let’s go the other way. It’s not close to the bumpstop tho only took like 1.5 total turns out of the torsion bolts tho

That roll bar boat explains everything lol! Nice set up my buddy is looking to buy he wants to learn to wake surf.

In my defense it is a Sanger, I miss the Lavey we used to own and I ski most of the time...

It’s hard to beat the family functionality of the tournament V-drives however!!!
