Looks like it’s open to rent rooms. Thought it was just going to be a timeshare. If the docks are secure at night it could be a cool deal.

Problem is the launch ramp and nowhere to put a truck and trailer larger than a dingy.

I'm thinking the fun would be taking the boat up Havasu and party at the bar and stay the night. Not sure how late the bar stays open and how late the band plays, could be fun with a group.

That actually would be kinda cool.

How’s the harbor there now a days? Still 3’ deep?! 😬

Is it really that low? I've yet to make it that far up, been curious

I was being sarcastic but that "harbor" is notoriously shallow. I towed someone into it April of 23 and I was turning up a bit of muck. Think depth gauge read like 3.5 feet near outter docks. That was after they had dredged it too. I've docked in years past and jumped in the water and stood waste deep. It's shallow. Doable, but shallow.

I would imagine the rooms on the sunsetting side to get blazing hot.

lol true. I don’t think I’d attempt it with the new boat though. 😬😬
Un F-ing real what a set of these props cost. It’s outright shocking.

Been looking for a spare used set (just in case) and can’t even find anything in the size I need.

Yeah, I can’t believe what ckeavered big shaft props cost. It’s crazy. That’s why I’m a little more cautious. I mean I don’t want to bitch up a bravo prop but if you have to fix it or replace it it’s not the end of the world. One of these though? 😬😬😬 had them sent back to Mercury beginning of the year and gone through. Don’t want to do that again. 😂

3.5’ from your keel or from the surface of the water?

Launched a few times at Jack smith. Even when the water was down. Just kept the drives up. Went real slow. No problem.
