How about you resident leftists comment on this current, in a long line of many, foreign policy disasters by the regime of your messiah?

Obama Adviser To Israel: Do Not Attack Our Iranian Partners In Peace?

And everyone knows the Obama administration has Israel?s best interests in mind.

Via Times of Israel:

The US on Tuesday urged Israel not to strike at Iran so long as the international community?s diplomatic efforts to resolve the crisis over Tehran?s rogue nuclear program continue.

Speaking two days after world powers signed an interim deal with Iran in Geneva, and in the wake of blistering criticism of the deal from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Barack Obama?s close aide and deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes encouraged Israel to give the negotiations a chance, and warned that military action could be counterproductive.

Asked in an interview with Israel?s Channel 10 news whether the US was asking Israel to refrain from launching military action to thwart Iran?s march to the bomb, Rhodes said first that ?Israel?s a sovereign nation and will make its own decisions about its self-defense.?

He went on, though, to set out the US argument to Israel for refraining from military action: ?Our case to Israel will be: Let?s give the negotiations a chance to succeed. A military strike has no guarantee of eliminating the nuclear infrastructure or what they [the Iranians] already know how to do, and could incentivize them to break out? to the bomb.

Our enemies dance in the streets and our allies wonder why they have been turned on.

The White House is currently filled with anti Semites.

I've never heard of anything more fucked up than attempting diplomacy when there was a military option. :thumbsdown

Tough situation for sure.

Can the Iranians be trusted?- Hell no!

This whole region is on the verge of a Shia/Sunni civil war and from what we are being told :rolleyes the sanctions have had an effect. If I were President :D, I would continue the sanctions and support an Israeli strike from time to time, to ensure they don't acquire the "bomb". Over time, I would be working behind the scenes, to promote regime change. We had a chance in 2009 to gain momentum, but our fearless leader obviously has different plans. I know one thing, how can you trust anything that comes out of the White House these days?

You paying attention to the details?

Apparently not, this ends in a military option, no way around it.
The current dumbfucks in power just lifted sanctions that were working for a change. The current regime was in the verge of collapse but now will receive billions in aid and billions more from the relief of sanctions. Nothing now will stop or even slow them from having nukes within months.

This is a government the US and the West have been at war with for decades and the largest terrorist funding/organizing country on earth.
They are the ones that have been supplying IED's to kill coalition troops and innocent civilians and preach Death To America and Death To Israel on a daily basis.

Good thing you're not a Saudi or Israel, right Neville Brown?

Diplomacy??

You do understand that your talking about a community organizer and a retard going up against the ruler of Iran?

In the past, at least the rulers these Country's such as Iran had a measure of fear of us, if not any respect.
Do you think diplomacy is the correct description of any possible outcome with the principles involved?

I believe that the ayatollah would just as soon skull fuck the both of them as look at them.

You guys do understand that the sanctions hurt the public of Iran much more than than the leaders or government of Iran right? The public that nearly ousted the current regime in protests and elections just a couple years ago.... The only way to topple Iran's current regime in any way that will be lasting will be for the people of Iran to do it themselves.... If the public of Iran gets to trade with the rest of the world it erodes even more power and control away from the regime.

Not to mention Israel is more than capable of defending itself without us having to pay for this bullshit or get militarily entangled in it. They have hundreds of nukes, badass american planes, choppers, missles, guns, etc, etc, etc, Iran has a bunch of worn out old bullshit, Iran doesn't want to start any shit cause they know the second they do they will be turned into the worlds largest glass sculpture.....

That all changes when they light their first nuke.

No one is suggesting engaging Iran militarily even though they've been blowing our troops up for the last 12 years.
The only hope the globe had to prevent the Mullahs from getting their nukes were sanctions.
Understood, the sanctions hurt the populace but have you ever spoken with a recent Iranian ?migr?? I have, they want the regime overthrown but the mullahs engage in unimaginable brutality to maintain their control. A friend of mine was forced to assist the secret police, while he was telling me about it he turned sheet white and the hair on his arms was standing straight up. He had to stop it was freaking him out so bad. He says the general population thinks the world has turned their backs on them and their suffering, which it has.

This bullshit treaty will not end well.

Please expand on that Racey.

I feel by continuing sanctions and pissing the population off, that would have a better chance of a revolution evolving. North Korea blows a hole in my theory to a certain extent.

Racey,
I like your posts. Usually well informed and presented but can you tell me where there's the slightest evidence of "erosion of control" in he last 34 years in Iran?

I think I'll listen to him before the retards that brokered this debacle.

Charles Krauthammer Absolutely DESTROYS Iran Nuke Deal: ?It?s The Worst Deal Since Munich?
By Brian Carey on November 26, 2013 Subscribe to Brian Carey's Feed@brianmcarey

Charles Krauthammer made his usual appearance on the Special Report All-Star Panel last night to discuss the deal concerning Iran?s nuclear program. He pulled no punches in his criticism of the agreement.

?It?s really hard to watch the President and the Secretary of State and not think how they cannot be embarrassed by this deal,? he said.

Krauthammer went on to say that the U.N. Security Council, on no less than six occasions, has passed resolutions stating that Iran stop all enrichment otherwise there would be no change in the sanctions. That means that China and Russia, both countries on the Security Council, agreed to stick with sanctions against the regime.

But now, he said, the U.S. has basically capitulated on the issue of sanctions and granted Iran permission to continue with enrichment.

?What do we get in return?? Krauthammer asked. ?I just heard the Secretary of State say we?re going to get a destruction of the 20% uranium. That is simply untrue. What?s going to happen is the 20% enriched uranium is going to be turned into an oxide so it?s inoperable. That process is completely chemically reversible which means Iran holds on to its 20% uranium and can turn it into active stuff any time it wants. This is a shame from beginning to end. It?s the worst deal since Munich.?
