what smoke chips are you using ??

Looks great
I'll try that.

Did you use a spice rub on the chicken ?

I'm using mesquite chunks for the first time. Normally for chicken I us apple or cherry. As for the rub I'm using pappys and I injecketed it with some butter and Cajun spices. 275 for about 2 1/2 hr.(8 beers Rdp time) Or an internal of 160. Should be good to go.
