Jail food is some really healthy stuff if one has never had the opportunity to indulge. 😬
He Is not walking out alive.
Take solace in that. 👍

That sucks. What about the other scumbag Steven Leprohon. Is he still locked up? He’s a good candidate for shark fishing as well.

Take what you can get and keep track. Sounds like it's going to take a LONG time to get that $89K back. 🤷

I’ve personally known people that can fix these kinds of problems, and for the amount stolen, it’s not that much more to fix it. Getting out of jail might not be the best thing to happen to Timmy

Looks like Tim D. McDonald may have been released on 12/8/2023. An inmate search shows he's on Community Supervision.

When an inmate is released under community supervision in Arizona, they are monitored by the criminal justice system without being incarcerated 1. The release may be revoked if the inmate violates the release conditions, and they may be returned to prison until they are authorized for release again or the remainder of their sentence has been served 1. If an inmate escapes from an Arizona Department of Corrections facility or while on supervised release, the length of time the inmate was on escapee or absconder status will be added back to the sentence 1.

There are different types of community releases in Arizona, including Temporary Release (TR), Community Supervision Begin Date (CSBD), Regular Parole, Emergency Parole, Work Furlough, Home Arrest, Absolute Discharge, Discretionary Release, and Earned Release Credit Date 1. The eligibility criteria and terms of release vary depending on the type of release. For instance, inmates may be released 90 days prior to a designated release date under TR or CSBD, which is granted for the purpose of preparing inmates to return to the community 1. Regular Parole is a supervised release for inmates with statutory eligibility, typically occurring upon completion of 1/2 or 2/3 of the imposed sentence or upon completion of a mandatory minimum amount of time that is statutorily mandated 1. Emergency Parole is a release for non-dangerous, first-time offenders 1. Work Furlough is a work release for inmates who are within 12 or 14 months of Parole Eligibility providing 6 months of the sentence has been served 1. Home Arrest is an alternative release program of Home Incarceration for inmates who are eligible for Regular Parole, Emergency Parole, and/or Work Furlough consideration 1. Absolute Discharge is a discharge from Parole or Imprisonment granted by the Arizona Board of Executive Clemency, which ends the inmate’s sentence 1. Discretionary Release is a supervised release 360 days prior to the expiration of sentence for inmates who apply for this release, or 180 days prior to the expiration of sentence for inmates who are not eligible for a Mandatory or Provisional Release and who are serving a Flat Sentence 1. Earned Release Credit Date is a release for dates of offense prior to 1/1/1994 1.

He’s convicted of a non violent crime not involving drugs. I doubt they are putting much effort into watching him. He's also a conman, so I’m sure he’s able to talk his way out of whatever bullshit he gets into.

He most likely stashed some money before he went in, might be time to inquire. You know, ask him some questions on your way to play softball.

Does said dealership not have the internet? Seems like no one googled it.
Here's something odd. I have a friend from Oregon, convicted felon. In the state of Arizona he was told he could not get a dealer license, or work in sales at a dealer. He'd moved down here to be with family after release, and had to pay for his parole and stuff here. In Oregon, there would have been no limitations of that type before or after his parole.

I would like to know as well. I know it was sold to a drug dealer that was arrested, and the feds wanted seize the boat. When they contacted me and I told them I was still the legal owner, with title, and coast guard documentation they said they were not sure where the boat was. They probably seized it and sold it without my knowledge.
That being said, you think it would then show up on the internet at some point
