I grew up swimming and skiing in gator infested water. Actually they were endangered then so nothing like the population today were they are competing for food, not sure I would swim with them now. [emoji15]

Pretty much. We boated on the Mississippi river, Lake Ponchartrain, Lake Maurepas, Diversion river, Tickfaw river, Blind river and several other Bayous/canals and they all seemed to be muddy looking. We hung out in Lake Maurepas and had no concern about being in the water, I did step on a clam that scared the crap out of me (no pun intended).
