We had a gransport. Fun cars. Pretty under rated. Ours had the Ferrari 360 motor in it. Sound was amazing. My wife always said she dropped an egg everytime it started lol oh, and we ran no plates on it too. 😂

Those are fun also!! I have not had one problem with either of the Maserati‘s. I’ve owned. My Ferrari 360 that’s a whole Nother story of issues. Lol.

I think you guys should get into another Maserati and get this one at a steal. 28k RDP price. Nothing else touches it in that price range.

430's are SO much better then the 360's. No timing belt service! Even better with a gated manual, but those are hard to find that aren't priced so freaking high! Ill keep an eye out!

And somehow this thread has spoken to me.....

It could be that the wife decided something similar recently. As you all know she did the breast cancer thing about this time last year. This summer she decided she that after the mess of a winter and spring she deserved a toy....... I suggested something moderate, rechargeable and lived in the nightstand. She felt it needed wheels. We ended up picking up a low mileage Porsche Cayman GTS fully loaded with a manual. Bright red and near perfect condition.

We went and explored a few different rides including caddy V cars, Audi's, BMW's and C7 Z06 Vette's. Hands down the winner. I was absolutely stunned at just how poor the Vette was for interior quality. I swear they took the interior out of my work fleet service Traverse and stuck fake leather seats in it. The powertrain owned the Porsche but the wrapper was just atrocious.

I need to get a picture of it to post here. Beautiful car. Little scared of the maintenance though. Fun Saturday night car for the past few months.

And Yea, skip the G wagon. There are better options around.

From what I was told by a Mercedes dealership repair manager....they are the Toyotas for Mercedes. They are more reliable than any other in the fleet.

G wagons have a black theft thing, ghetto thug style culture. Most a vin switched and never found, huge losses for insurance. I would never even sit in one in LA, I have fired my gun enough at thugs in my life, you might get car jacked, no joke.
Thats funny, cause they give me Armenian at Costco vibes.....

Still wavering between a new audi SQ8 & Mercedes GLE 53 amg .... or RSQ8 & GLE 63 amg

Anyone have a sales fleet manager contact for either?

Also with the SUV cap at 30,500 on the 179 deduction it would be better to take the 60% bonus deduction or am I overlooking something ?

This was a fun one. Definitely got noticed when driving around town. Made me car sick sometimes because when you came to a stop it would rock back-and-forth on the big tires.

Definitely SQ8 over GLE53, it has two more cylinders and 70hp more. My old neighbor had one and it sounded mean.

RSQ8 is about as good as it gets for performance SUVs, looks way better than the Urus.

One just drove past me when I ran to Michael's for some Christmas stuff.

I thought to myself...

That truly is the only thing uglier than a Cyber Truck.

And they call me 🌈?

Fair point. 😁

But in my defense...

I was picking up Ginger Bread houses
for our annual Christmas Eve party at my friend's house. It's usually girls against boys, but I grabbed three anyway. Maybe I should make em the white elephant gifts, and do That before the competition??

It's pretty fun after everyone has a good buzz! 😁

RS-Q8 vs Lambo Urus is more than you think, but everyone has a budget. If it fits your budget, get the Urus, driving it will sell u. And depending on where you live, and how social u want to be, there are good club chapters too.

Meet others including families with kids and the Urus. We go in day trips, weekend events, and a huge getaway once a year. Local charity events and more. If you have a business, excellent networking.

It’s not like the Urus is within 40-50k of any other performs SUV. You are talking another 125k +. I would think if someone was able to afford or even justify buying one they would. We all know you love lambo’s

PS: one of the dads on my daughters volleyball team just got an orange Urus

I like MBZ but man those cars live ( at least they used to ) in the shop. My parents use to own them and they had so many issues. Once they moved over to Lexus all the car troubles went away. I knew a tow truck driver who told me MBZ, VW and Range Rover kept in business.

Ours is intended to be a daily driver. We upgraded from a 2019 Q8 with the Year One package. Super fun to drive and the wife loves it. I get the look when I put it in RS1 mode..haven't been able to try RS2 yet 😋

Once the new fades it'll be a daily driver just like our 2019. I will know when that happens because the kid will be allowed to eat french fries in it.

Me? I'm more of a truck guy myself. Still love my 3500 Ram.

Love the look of the Q8 better but we needed a 3rd row and not many options unless going to a large suv. That’s is why we got the X7m. Been a great car so far and just put on 8500 miles in 1 yr.

Congrats on the ride.

You can get some insanely clean 2022 Urus for about 200 to 220K, buy from a dealer and have them give you the extended warranty. There is good as new probably no more than 8000 mile lease returns. There’s a few people that have 80 and 90,000 miles on them. If you buy the loaded Q, , it’s gonna be New that’s gonna be probably 140 to 150.
