I rented from them a few years ago, my boat was down and had a vacation planned, worked out good. I picked the boat up and had it for 4 days and returned it. He realized I was an experienced boater and made it easy for me, no daily returns.

People are renting their boats and using the bare boat charter laws to actually captain them. It’s crazy fucking money.

I lent a buddy 20k to buy a pontoon. He made over 35k on a shit box pontoon in less than one summer.

My pontoon would be like 2500-2800 a day

I saw on FB Marketplace that someone was renting out their backyard and pool, by the hour, 1/2 day, or full day. It was pretty pricey, but it was a nice set up. LOL.

Funny you mention this! My wife took the kids over to one of these homes for an afternoon, and the place was absolutely beautiful! I think she paid $30-$40. Had the whole place to herself.
