This is pretty unbelievable. If it's already been posted, then please delete.

Was out of touch all weekend and found out about this from my daughter tonight. Guy failed his commercial DL test in Brenham, TX and said "I'll be back tomorrow". This is how he came back. Said he hit the building with a head of steam, backed up and hit it again two or three more times.

I'm thinking the driver didn't pass a drug test. I don't remember a psych evaluation for a CDL, but I think he'd fail that too.

Just sad.

Do they do public hangings in Texas? This guy needs one. 🤬

I doubt he needs to worry about a commercial DL anymore. He won't have much use for one in TDC.

I've dealt with some surly public employees that have made these thoughts go through my mind. Just sayin'...
Yep. Just went through similar at building and safety. Rudest bitch ever. After 4 tries to get a demo permit they forgot. I bring the homeowner with me so he can witness what I am dealing with. The bitch knows him from church and goes from evil to nice. Good thing the supervisor witnessed it. And now gave me direction to only deal with him and avoid the bitch. We left with permit when she recognized him and totally changed her tune. She treated everyone each time I was there the same way. Surprised nobody has ran her over walking to her car.

She used to be at Monrovia DMV but they don't do CDL there anymore, Angie failed 99% of the people she tested, most of them during the pre-trip. They get 4 people to test per day and there are 3 CDL testers at the DMV and I have personally watched her fail all 4 in less than 30 minutes. I didn't even get a chance that day to test because they ran out of time and I was the 4th person. 3 days later I went back and was the first person of 4 and of course Angie was the person, I scored a 97% on my pre-trip but the truck failed due to nails in the tires, she wouldn't let the other 3 even do their pre-trip to get it out of the way, she just went in and sat on her ass for the rest of the day getting paid. It's easier to fail everyone right away so you can sit on your ass.

I have zero patience for taxpayer paid public employees treating the taxpayers like s***, especially at the building department where they charge ridiculous fees for even a simple permit.

I'd be in the city manager's and mayor's office filing a complaint before I left the building, and would absolutely be following up weekly until I got a result.

I've wanted to do that to a few customer service call centers from Verizon and BofA.

I have a good story about getting failed on my CDL drive test AFTER being told that the test was over due to not having time to finish the highway portion of the test. My boss made some calls and when I went back and tested the next time that tester was no longer working there..............

I did not have to drive my Pete through the front doors either!

Maybe he can make license plates now.
LOL... That would be great but inmates don't do that anymore. They outsource everything now. In the 60's and before, TDC was 100% self-sufficient. They grew their own cotton for inmate uni's. May be why they are all white still today. Grew their own food and the excess paid for a lot of other items there, but not anymore. There used to be an inmate who made all the leather goods for the Texas Rangers. I was lucky enough to get a Sam Browne belt, holster, etc made by that inmate. Cost me all of $100 to get it. It was some classy leather work. Idiot tried to escape and lost all his privileges to make leather after that. What a dumbass!!!!

We're dealing with one guy right now at the city of TO. He's a PM for the city. Told us that we cannot talk to any of the on-site managers while doing work without him present or going through him. I mean even to find someone to move a city vehicle that may be impeding work.

There’s definitely some real assholes that work for local municipality’s.😁

When I took my A license test. Went to the window to check in. Lady says do you know about the pre trip inspection? Me, nope. Okay go study this book while you wait.

Bunch of guys from truck driving schools there. While I was studying, they were failing left and right. Not getting to drive even! On the pre trip air brake check. Anything less than 60 second applied brake leak down test was an automatic fail. That’s what got most of them.

Maybe they gave me a break because I wasn’t with a school. Passed the pre trip. They docked points for not checking dash lights and defroster. I was good with trailers, the driving wouldn’t be a problem. Got docked for parking on a hill and not turning tires towards curb. Think that was it. Passed first time and never want to go back. Keep my A license and medical update every time a renewal comes around. Usually let medical lapse because I’m not using it between renewals.
