This may be discussion worthy, maybe not. I don't get the negative camber, drift thing. Being older, I also can't understand the use of a Hyundai either.

I like the looks of those Hyundai Coupes and the LS solves their biggest issue, the drivetrain. I'd be interested to know what Trans they used. I do not like the widebody kit, the wheels, suspension, the wrap, and of course.... that god awful wing, specially when there is a spoiler on the trunk already. Just dumb.

The guys with money run a T56 magnum, the budget guys pull an AR5 out of a Chevy Colorado, Pontiac Solcist or Polaris Slingshot (yes.....polaris slingshot....).
AR5's were a dime a dozen until the drift guys caught wind, now they're getting close to $1000 for a 2wd used trans.

There's also a few nissan trans options, CD009 are getting popular becuse they are still cheap but the trans is massive.

I've heard some are catching onto the BMW sticks from the budget 3 series cars. Supposedly they are well packaged and pretty stout for their size and price.

Curious what this guy is running.

I like it. As to the choice of "Hyundai", that's like calling a Cadillac a Chevy. Yeah, basically the same thing, but trimmed out and built much better. The Genesis is actually a pretty nice platform. That said, if I was gonna spend money on a luxury car, I'd probably be looking elsewhere.

I think it’s due the relative lack of choice in the imported/Asian RWD coupe scene.
I kind of like the Z's and some of the Lexus bodies, but they sure aren't cheap. Really, of the new-fangle, whiz-bang imports I've gotten a chance to drive, I really liked the Q60. That thing had some serious potential:cool:

Kind of cool. Lose the wing. Definitely not a drift car. Seems to be well executed.

I saw a vid last night where some dudes swapped an LS into a Tesla . . . probably a VIN here, but I thought it was cool in a fun way.
People were trippin at a gas station when they went to fill it up. 😆
