I haven't studied any of these, but on a Fox news feature from Pheonix, they were claiming that these were starting a $24,000 for a 300sqf unit, quite a bit cheaper than the OP's model.

Yes, it looks cool for a short duration of time... but NFW that holds up to much weather or time. Just look at how poorly travel trailers are built. Again, it's cool to see the mechanical engineering but it's just a gimmick in real life.
