Tested after the last work trip. Drive thru at CVS, results 36hrs later, negative. Also had the antibody test when I donated blood, also negative.

Hope you and your wife feel better. Me, my wife and oldest daughter tested positive back in August. I had very mild symptoms for a day or two, wife was asymptotic and daughter lost taste and smell for a week. We all had multiple positive tests.

Wife woke two Saturdays ago coughing sore throat and my first word was F—K.. We drove to an urgent care here in Sarasota sat down filled the info out in the parking lot, walked inside gave us the rapid test 12 minutes later Negative... This was an FNP she was great wife had sinusitis. She prescribed a ZPak for both of us. Wife still has a cough but we both feel great

Oh Damn, so I've got to wait until I feel sick, then try to get in to see my Doc, who retired so I don't have one and no new one will see me if I'm sick --- this gets confusing.
Besides any new doc is not simply going to write me a script for anything unless they first pry open and examine every orifice in my aging body.

Or I could drive to Mexico and take a chance they're not selling me who knows what.
I was hoping there was some speak easy online pharmacy and somebody would give me the secret handshake kinda deal.

I just figured since every "I'm not feeling well" thread on RDP is filled with " Start taking Z-Pack" immediately posts, I thought it might be available everywhere.

Buying Meth is easy, buying Z-Pack apparently is not.

I'll just start hitting the inner city street corners, one of those kids selling meth probably knows where I can get some. My ole doc and staff were like family, being kicked to the curb at my age really sucks balls.
I've read 100's of local Yelp and medical reviews, seems nobody likes their Internists and thinks their office staff are mean, rude and completely incompetent morons.
Oh sure, makes me want to run right over and get poked, prodded and insulted. Did I mention I don't much like or trust doctors ??

I'm old(er) and my crusty ole fuck doc who I really liked retired this past summer --- fucker was even older than me. Must find new doc, but since the lovely staff set me up with enough BP meds to last me till next June, I've been reading Yelp reviews trying to decide who the lucky doc is going to be. As I posted in another response, from what I've learned, they all suck balls and the staff delights in pissing everybody off --- oh boy, I can't wait.

My choices so far seem to be a brand new Doc straight off the boat from Pakistan or a Brit lady doctor with the condescending attitude of a billionaire's butler.

I'd call ahead though and ask for Dr. Amer. She's a super nice younger lady doctor, first one where I felt I could actually talk and she genuinely listened.

You need to take these Yelp reviews with a grain of salt. In my experience most of them are from people who showed up with a shitty attitude to begin with. The only way you're really going to know is to schedule an appointment (might be difficult in the midst of all this bullshit) and go see the doctor. If you don't care for the office staff or the doctor him/her self then choose a different one and try again. If you can still contact your retired doc you might ask for a referral to someone he knows, he probably goes and sees a doctor right? Good luck.

The last time I saw my old Jew Doctor, I mentioned the Brit Doc, he glanced up and said "Yeah, her", I wasn't sure if that was a recommendation or simply "Good Luck, I'm going fishn' " I do know I went to the equally ancient Urologist he recommended, I'm pretty sure he could have been drafted as a NFL guard

This outta be interesting if nothing else. But I'm going to hold out as long as possible, sitting in a waiting room with others right now is NOPE.
