Man, it's been soooo long that I've seen any glass and I can't even find a picture of some. Just a memory or two of the times I've skiied... Damn I need to get out, can't wait till I get a boat... Haha

Went to Mead for 4 days in June, got blown out but was still a good time. :champagne:

Driveing out of Temple Bar the basin had perfect reflection of the mountains. Wouldn't you know it.

Gregg Basin at Mead on Friday 8/12. (Thursday was blown out and Saturday was hit and miss as the storms skated by). But, Friday made it all worth while.:champagne:

How was Big Sandy?

We anchored on the North side of Big Sandy Thursday to get out of the rough water and swam a bit. The water was friggen cold and lots of debris, some pretty big stuff. You could see the brown water from there. Thursday we cruised down to Temple Bar and ended up finding a relatively nice little beach on the South end of Gregg Basin. Too rocky for me to beach but a great little place to anchor and hang out. The water was soooo much warmer and nice. We only stopped briefly on the south side of Big Sandy on Saturday but it was too rough to stay. The dry part of the beach was steep and weeded but the submerged part of the beach was not steep and the sand was not too muddy, just a little bit of clay. We ended up tucking back in a cove and anchoring for a few hours to get calm water.
