Haven't been there since I sold my place 6-7 years ago. Place is clean, and they threw a bunch of money at it making it nice. Winter time off roading is really good. A bit of a pain to go to Oatman...bridge and such...but can roll many miles N, W and S. Now, the drawback to being that side of the river. We did some shooting during winter months. Not many of those guns I lost in the boating accident were Ca legal....and even fewer magazines. That is something to keep in mind.

We had a place there from 2007 to 2013. The offroading is pretty good.

Had to look at the current numbering map. First one was 103 I think, end cap of pool row. Wife and I bought it from the developer guy that worked with Nielson's.

Then we sold in 05 or 06, and I kind of inherited my parents' place...now considered spot 173. Great place, but I never really "fit in". Between that, and the space rental increasing, it was a good time to sell. The front row was, I believe, 675$ a month when we sold. They were also putting water meters on at that time. I was thinking the annual increases were going to keep going. Not "owning", meant in short order I could have been paying 1000+ a month for a parking space essentially.

I loved seeing the water out the slider, and leaving the boat tied down the steps. As life has had it, not spending the monthly and just paying property taxes on a place in Golden Shores worked for us. It ended up being a really good move for our personal situation, but purely accidental.

Shit, I was in 107 from 07 till 18.
Great place but the weekend renters kinda ruined it for us as they would just come in and trash the place. And dont get me starteed on the space rent increases.
