I used to. The ramp wasn't bad after the first few times you used it. The jetty created a flow that would push the bow upstream. Not bad once you got it figured out. We launched my brother in law's 28ft Magic, my jet and deck boat. This was 5 or more years ago though, so I don't know if it got better or worse. I think since then they pulled the wall on the south side.

It was a little "busy" for me...but I'm kind of an anti-social redneck. The place was always clean, and usually the people were friendly. Space rent was increasing at the time as they built up, but I think that was pretty common of any place.

Just south, the water can be a little low at times, and have to watch outdrives a little. No big deal, I never tagged one and I'm by no means a grade A boater. To the north, absolutely beautiful until you get to the narrows at Budweiser Rd. It makes for a great little area to tube or ski in the mornings, or when the water is down. The London Jet and wake boats can beat on your boat if you have a dock or are at the courtesy dock...have fenders at the ready.

I don't own a place there, but whenever I drive thru i'm always impressed how it looks. It's super clean, they have a nice general store, and even had a staffed coffee bar.

One thing I always notice when i'm there - EVERYBODY waves when you drive thru the neighborhood, and I don't think i've ever seen a higher concentration of American flags in one spot . . . all good things

Only downside I can see, is that you need to be mindful of what path to take down river from there, until you reach the Needles Bridge. There's a few spots you need to steer clear of when the water flows are down, but it's doable and big boats run it pretty much year round as long as they know the path

We lived there in our motorhome while our house was being built.we lived there for a year.the place is nice.we liked it there.they also have reasonable priced storage.many of the residents still used the launch ramps at other locations.(jack smith park).

Rented and owned in there for about 8 years. Great place and the store up front has pretty much anything you need. They keep the place very clean and when I was there people were really cool. Some years back they had issues on holiday weekends with people renting out their places and bringing in some not so favorable crowds. They did crack down on that back when I was there.

The ramp is ok if water level is up but best to have a person or two to help. I used it multiple times but mostly launched at Jack smith since I needed to head that way to fuel up anyhow. If you don't mind paying the space rent it's a great spot!

We had a place in there from 2007 to 2013. Back then it was great! I hated paying space rent to the park and property taxes to the county for land I didn't own. It has grown a lot since we sold our place.
