Over here, it is 9:30. The sun just rose, but you cannot really tell because of the fog.

At 4 pm, it will be pitch black again, so I'm heading out now to mulch wet leaves with the lawnmower.

Boating? Forget about it.

In 6 days from now, I'll be en route to California. I can't wait.

Does your lovely wife like it? How does it turn & ride? Guessing you haven't had it thru any big water yet
It turns and handles very nicely. No big water yet. Fit and finish is as always on a DCB untouchable, amazing!
wife likes it a lot. And the back seat is much better than the other Cats I’ve had. The vacuum comes from behind and not a brutal blast from the front.

Ran into Mr Mckenna yesterday at Rusty,he has done upgraded..tired of donating stainless to delta..thinking 500s like to keep there shafts more better;);)🤣
He's fixin to retire in March & got some 5 hundys for the 340X, should accelerate a lot better.
Don't believe I could afford to "feed" the Bud boat nor the butt, sure appreciate the pics tho......

Great day running around with you! Thank you again for coming out and running around. I'm stoked you ended up with the M37r, I could tell you were getting comfortable throughout the day and getting the boat dialed in.

I feel the same on the 500R, it just wasn't enough of an upgrade to make the price jump. I want the 550 V10 and I'll either repower or build a new boat when that is available. I have yet to see a 500 boat go faster than the 450 boat, the gearcase should be more robust by far with how much bigger it is, but of course that is coming with the cost of lack of hydrodynamic efficiency!

Can't wait to go run with you again, glad to have you in the DCB family, send me your address and I'll get the black socks on the way!

And remember about the guy waving to you in a DCB…… He isn’t waving, he’s showing you his watch

Careful Tiny we’re going to be laying down some big miles. Hoping that we’ll get you out of Komlifornia, so you can enjoy some boating this year.

L Pal. Has he visited you yet ? i’m sure he has. You’ve been gone for years?

Negative ghostrider, no sighting of The Rev in Mizzura yet.
F14 & me "laid down" 22 miles round-trip to killer lunch at Red Fox on Sunday

The black socks are mandatory, although the other brand has the flat bill hats and tattoos now. Always a great day when boating out west with nice weather.

I guess being that you will never know and I've been in both boats we will call you the expert ;)

I've broken 2 port side shafts in mine and lost the prop both times, both covered under warranty. Not disagreeing with the strength difference in the two lowers but I assure you there is more drag with the larger case as well as the mass of the internal components causing loss.

Just out of curiosity though, if the only thing in the water is the skeg how is the water pickup on the leading edge of the gearcase getting water?

all good bro..you got any piks of H20 pickup locations?the V8 300Rs i seen they were on bottom of bullet near front like all sportmaster cases allowing full surfacing..My sportmaster is two plus inchs centerline of shaft above bottom of boat,so not much bullet dragging

So there is more than just the skeg in the water? I'm confused.
