I like that he’s working to get foreign aid under control. Rubio has given a waiver for emergency food services during the review period, which I agree with. I also think a waiver should be given for basic healthcare programs, again during the review period. We’d still see long-term savings, and wouldn’t disrupt basic needs programs for those three months.
Bottom line though, is that we need to eliminate many of these programs, so I won’t throw a fit.
Oh, and now I know why Zelenskyy wants to negotiate.
