You see, when the only person caught on video/audio saying to storm the Capital (actually I mean to stroll through the front doors on the guided tour by the capital police, but you know that) is not put in prison you have "substantial truth." What you are inferring is Epps engaging in frivolous litigation which could result in charges of contempt of court; Monetary fines; and. Criminal charges. But you as a first trimester law student know that too.

But I do appreciate criminals being prosecuted.

Maybe you should move to San Francisco where the politics of defunding the police and letting crime go unpunished is roundly supported as you do. 🤔
