Looks like that house has not ever sold.
I'm guessing your family still owns it.

A lot nicer than the 12X18 portal room in a 6 stories concrete building built in 1938 where me and my Mom I lived from 1947 to 1957!
So, is there a plan on buying your dream boat from the sale? ;)🤔 maybe a Cigarette to join Tank and Toei?
GLWS!

I was a kid when they bought it, and I’m not sure if it was still considered under construction or not.. but yes my parents have owned it for over 40 years

Or the cabinets. The current all white and grey trend is one of the worst trends of all time. I’d rather live in a 90s house with green carpet than a museum…

The thought was who ever is gonna buy it is gonna rip it all out and put what they want in anyways. It actually had pink and green carpets and walls a month ago. lol

I like cabinetry in it, wouldn’t be surprised if someone buys it and paints all the beautiful wood white…

Wood is making a come back.

That said the designer had us paint the kitchen cabinets at the job I am at. Like a soft natural gray.

It's half the size of Dave's and not nearly as nice. Going on the market for 1.8 in Torrance. Surprised that Dave's is not pending yet. A lot of house for the money.

Quality furniture staging goes a long way to help people better visualize how the space will look completed. Very few people have enough vision to be able to see it complete and theres little to no emotional response to a large empty space. It's the sole reason builders use model homes to sell their products. They hate the expense but stuff sells so much more slowly if at all without it.
Glws....eventually it will sell.

Probably 8k to stage that 1. But we'll worth it.
I am trying to finish up the one today. Stagers Wednesday.

That's potentially a drop in the bucket to what discounts it may take to get the sale. Up side is it's still a very valuable piece of R.E. All will still be well.
