We’ve been observing these critters for 35 years. Have some interesting habits and kind of predictable on some level anybody that’s interested in hunting or deer I hope you enjoy these.

Awesome. We have does in the field most days, the boys don't usually show themselves.

Good looking critters, Tom
I have a 6 point driving me nuts around here. When it warms up he tries to scrunch his way under our Toyhauler to get in the shade. I think he has been doing it since he was a newbie and he has stayed local (my wife feeds him apples and such so why not right?) I wind up spraying that "cougar urine" stuff around out there a few times every summer. Scares the crap out me when I walk around back there with my head someplace else and he starts to de-ass the area.
There is a much bigger one, he is either 4 and 5 or has some other unusual deal going, but I haven't got a good look at him yet.
They all seem to have a calendar, tho...with the season marked on it.
All of us long time residents around here used to hunt local back in the day, if I want venison I go up into the high country and at least get outta the dang yard.

They are near "pest level" for me I had to open a window and yell "get off my lawn" at these loafers 😅
