I think JBB bought one recently.
My neighbor has one, it's porcelain,I'd use it every day if I had it,:thumbsup he paid $1400.00 for it, he's used it once.Honestly the guy couldn't boil water.....
My FIL has a couple, thanksgiving turkey is delicious on the medium one, his were yardsale finds...
That seems to be the sentiment. Build my outdoor kitchen around it and I'll need nothing else... 'cept a cooler for the beer.
I take it your FIL lives in Beverly Hills?
I will be doing the same outdoor Kitchen around 2 of them one XL and one Large around a sink one on both side.
I think 1 XL built in with a gas bbq that has a rotiserie would be the perfect set up.
Gotta have gas for a quick after work bbq
I was the same way a few months ago about gas, but now no way it only takes maby 8 mins longer for me and the taste is worth it.
We also use ours all the time, Has anyone cold smoked cheese before? It is really good. You use ice under the cheese to keep it cool.
This is the outdoor kitchen with the Egg I worked on in Huntington Beach:
Funny. My parents had one of the original green eggs back in the 80's when I was 10 and lived in Torrance. I use to fill it with dirt, firecrackers and gi joes.
Did they turn out juicy and tender?
