We are officially in escrow on the house on eldorado in Perris in Boulder springs. Half acre lot single story with an amazing backyard. Haven't slept or ate normal for over a week. But once it is over it will be worth it. I believe some members were saying they live here too?

Yes we do own now and will be listing it very soon in hopes to have two escrows going at the same time. We are set to close beginning of May. I haven't performed well in years ask my wife.

Congratulations! That's my old neighborhood. Waited almost 2 years for them to build it and I was the first person to move into the development. I was on the south side of Eldorado. Driving to Newport Beach every day took it's toll though.

Congrats! I placed many offers on investment houses, so I know the feeling much lees your future family house.

I would suggest making a walk though, taking 100 or so photos, working ahead of time to make decisions on what needs to be done, get ball park estimates, look at tile, etc., all while you wait. Take measurements of the rooms, etc.



When you take possession you will have not spent a dime but a few well planned hours that will permit your plan of action to be implemented.

My house was a similar situation. We had to do some work to the house,(on our dime) and seemed shady, before escrow would close.
