I don't know why but seems to me like someone who didn't brush her teeth too much. You know after a 4 day Jack Daniels and cigarette bender.:D
...Not the case at all...I hung out with her...she was clean, intelligent, fun...and did I mention warm???..
...A lot of the bad rap about her looks came from her complexion..,which was pretty rough...

Saw The Who 2 years ago and they were amazing, like seriously amazing.
Should be a good evening! We go 3 hours before show. Hang w em for sound check, drink tickets, free food, memorabilia package. It wasn’t cheap but should be worth it.
We’ve been on a mission last couple years trying to catch the ones that may not be around much longer.
Caught Tom Pettys last concert by picking up tix from someone on here. Felt bad for him they missed it.

There was a significant change in 66. Prior to 66, sharing a 6 pack of beer with a buddy before a Friday night football game was the norm. All changed in 66. It became, for many pills, upper and downers, and pot. We experienced some our friends returning from Nam. Many totally changed from how we once knew them. I didn't have strong feelings about Vietnam. But, I witnessed the significant change in my friends and society in general. Some of the music of the 60s was great, some sucked. Some cars were great, others sucked. IMHO, it was not a step up for our values and our country in general.

90% of the posts here talk about how great the 60's were. Glad to see the positive posts of such a turbulent time, instead of all the BS hate that goes on around here. If you listened to media and others, everyone seemed to think California and the US had gone to shit and were done. Well, Here we are 50 years later, somewhat changed but still rocking it. FU naysers.:D
