Alprazolam is a good one for relaxing sleep but for immediate restoration from working too hard or feeling bad I recommend a mild mu opioid agonist. I'm sure Brown can give a concurring second opinion...although I know he tends to be a fan of anti-inflammatory actions.

Dexamethasone is over the counter in Canada I hear...

...but be careful... too much of that and you get big belly with little arms. Hhmmm... wonder where I've seen that before.
