Wonder what it’s going to be. Could be a viable product if done right and delivered as promised.
I’d rather have my model 3 than any car Chevy makes...with the exception of the vette.The Ram, Silverado and F-150 represent decades of engineering experience gained from hundreds of thousands of vehicles.
Tesla apparently thinks they can pop out a working vehicle in six months. Completely ignoring the power train deal, buying one and expecting it to equal the Ram, Ford or Chevy would be plainly stupid IMHO.

All of these statements have merit but the simple fact they want to own the service / parts / supply exclusively on a vehicle model that is going to have a higher mean time to failure and overall duty cycle is where I have an issue.

I know you hate on every Tesla thread, but I have yet to meet someone that didn’t love their car. No reliability issues with any of them. I’d recommend it.Izzat why it's near the bottom of Consumer Reports' purchase recommendation list?
