It is an amazing car. My wife has one that she drives around Havasu and absolutely loves it. Can’t say enough good things about it.
They ride like shit but that’s about it. My buddy had a 3 and a Y and both were non-performance versions so should have been a better ride I thought.

Yeah, my old 3 is a little bouncy and a little loud at speed. I'd love to have better suspension. Other than that I love the way it drives.

You are right. The Y Performance is what she has and Hauls ass but the low profile tires pay the price along with the stiff suspension. It rides hard.

My model X plaid on the other hand is super plush. And stupid fast

I didn't set fire to anything or buy beer to shoot up, but i quit buying AB products and have not gone back.
Your response to AB is what many people are doing with respect to Tesla.

And that is the beauty of America, the vast majority choose for themselves without making a big deal of it.

Hey remember when Adolph Busch 3 dedicated his time and $100 million of his own money to save the US from bankruptcy and people were so upset about it that they went and burned down Busch Gardens?
Yeah, me neither.

Stock is rising, Model Y still the best selling in the world and will soon be announced Sold Out.

Nearly half the USAs non-Tesla chargers are always broken.
Nearly 100% of Tesla chargers always work.

Teslas software is over a decade ahead of the rest.
Take a free test ride.
I don’t want one but the softwares speed and talented features blew us off our feet.

Canada has barred electric vehicle (EV) giant Tesla from all of its rebate programs and banned the Texas-based automotive company from future electric vehicle rebate programs over President Trump’s tariff back-and-forth with Ottawa.

It would appear by the governments response, Canada got the clear message sent by the new tariffs.

“The old relationship we had with the United States based on deepening integration of our economies and tight security and military cooperation is over.”

The message is the same to every country, you want free trade, then lets really do free trade. NATO financial commitments and protections for all of those countries are a part of it. We don't need Canada or Mexico to survive, let alone any other country. They need us. Yes, it will hurt making other countries finally abide by truly free trade but it is in the best long term interest of the US and our citizens. This bullshit has been going on for far to long.

I know you bleat free trade every chance you get, but please tell me how it's actually free trade when a truly US designed and domestically manufactured product gets a huge tariff put on it when it's shipped and or sold to Germany, China, India etc..you name the country. Not to mention our ill informed population chooses not to understand that none of the countries manufacturing this cheap goods shipped and sold to the US consumer comply with ANY of the rules and regulations the US requires of US based manufactures. These same people, and I am assuming you are in the same ideological cesspool of ignorance believe free trade is only about what you can skim off the top in the current status.

Any answer other than I am not really for truly free trade globally per your online persona is a flat out lie. You might not like what's happening right now, but it needs to happen. Please tell me how the debt crisis is solved or tell me how it doesn't matter for longevity of the country? The US has been abused by politicians being bought and paid for for far to long and we are at the end of the musical chairs of US debt and our children, and people depending on SS funds they have paid their entire life in to are in the balance.

What in your mind is truly free free trade in your view 530?

In other posts you have said US based manufacturing doesn't add high paying jobs. In my mind, this just proves you have zero comprehension of what it takes to manufacture things. Lets start from the ideologist, lets say you find a beneficial reason to build a design, then manufacturing plant in the US for some widget, car, helicopter etc. Land has to be purchased. A develop[er has to be engaged. An architect, structural engineer, civil engineer has to do a shit ton of work to design and engineer the building.
A bid process has to occur involving general contractors, then sub contractors. The construction manager firm approves the bid, final construction docs are approved, JHA's review and approve the permit docs. Contracts are written, contractors are hired, vendors are hired, highly skilled labor and construction management are hires and work on said project. JHA inspectors, skilled tradesmen are employed for the duration of the project. When the project is completed a staff of technicians and management take over the facility and manage it.

Please tell me where just one of these positions in completing this objective requires a low skilled and paying position?

Then their is the upside of raising property taxes.... state income taxes, gas tax revenue etc.

Again, tell me how bringing back manufacturing to the US is a bad thing. Ever wonder why every other country protects their manufacturing base except the US? if you do, you are fucking idiot.

This is the lounge and not the P&G.

Out of respect to Dave’s rules let me just defer to your views on the role of private enterprise versus government manipulation and control of economic production here in the lounge. 👍
