I thought there was a builder doing garages with condo's on top on the south side. Some spot where they could build higher than the rest of the city.

Stacy has two separate clients with lots on the Southside that would fit a program like this. I know they are reviewing "highest and best" and what their goals are with the properties. I'm not sure if either will get something like this or not.

This was a small townhome setup with boat deep garages, looked like 8 or so units.

I was looking on my phone and later on my computer and saw the community pool, and then the HOA fee in the listing.

A business pays taxes on profit, not income.

It’s a business expense.. if you are a business owner and you are trying to pay yourself as little as possible to minimize your personal and business tax burden, these are ways to do it.

Most of the costs associated with my river trips are “business expenses”.

My business can’t justify a $5k monthly hit, but other people’s certainly could.

I just google the address shown, and usually can find a listing to look at somewhere. Zillow, Redfin etc.

I agree.. that’s what she wanted to do though. There is a reason you don’t have to sign into rdp to view it and there’s a reason our numbers are monsterous compared to others in this industry.

Sorry guys! I had my assistant post this. I will tell her to put the MLS link as well when she does these posts so you don’t feel like you have to register. That being said I don’t try to bug those who sign up for my site. You get a text from Brandi or myself to see if you need immediate help, then the rest is yours to search. If I turn it off completely I’m not sure how I would reach my leads? I get a decent amount of leads from my website so I would hate to cut that off. If you ever want me to setup a specific search directly from my MLS, I’m happy to do that. It’s one phone conversation then it send you exactly what you are looking for daily, weekly or monthly depending on your preferences.
