Many people don't realize the f14 made an exceptional bomber also. Come in fast, slow down. Due to the swing wing they had a much lower stall speed.

The A12 first flew early 60’s and the SR71 in mid 60’s. It’s scary to think what we actually have today with the advancements since those days.
