It will remove the leaves directly off the tree and locate them in the next town over, might even locate the tree over there as well depending on the root health.

Finally a gas leaf blower with a decent size fuel tank

He’s smiling now. This is video is one slip away from being the video with the Arab guys firing a rifle at the range with a huge recoil.

Still pretty cool.

My Echo kicks ass. I bought another sitting in the box for when it pukes and Gavin Newsom drives by in a Tesla and confiscates it.
Still get all the needed spare parts on hand as well.

Weed eater too.
No electric will whack our hillside like the gas will.

Yard maintenance running on Jet A sounds like a solid concept! Think about a direct drive string trimmer turning 200,000 RPM.

😁

A typical jet turbine used for RC is capable of spinning over 100,000RPM in order to produce the thrust force they generate. RPM ranges between about 117,000RPM for a large model turbine and 245,000RPM for a relatively small turbine. Thrust ranges between about 20N (4.5lbs) at the small end to over 220N (49.5lbs) at the larger end of the range. The 220N turbine would weigh less than 2kg (4.5lbs).

We had Pratt & Whitney FT4A (marine version of the J-75P-5) gas turbines on one of my Coast Guard Ships. Normal steaming was via 2 Fairbanks-Morse 12 Cylinder Diesel opposed piston engines. The Jets were used when we needed more than the Diesel 12 knots. Being based in Hawaii, the engine room was hell u/w, with ambient temps running in the 130*s. When we fired up the "birds" (as we called them), the temp in the engine room would drop into the 70*s, as we brought the 378' ship up to 30 knots (35 MPH).
