Does anyone know where I can get a swing tongue kit for a 4x6 tongue?
What about calling Extreme or Adrenaline and see what they offer or better yet see about them taking in the job, just one of those insurance type reasonings why i personally, and i can weld good, would still rather let the pros do.
Looks good. Is that 4x5? Only thing I can find is 3x5. Do you have a link to it?
I called Shadow. Great customer service but they were unable to come up with one. They also said they would need the trailer to fab up one, I live in Ohio. I have a local guy that can fab one up, we was trying to find a kit already made up. Found them already made up for a 3x5.Call Shadow trailers. They sell some premade swing kits. Otherwise they or Extreme could fab it up for you. How big/heavy is the boat that it has a 4x6 tongue?
Damn that’s some crazy big tubing for a 27 speedster. Must be a beefy trailer. One thing to keep in mind is the length of tongue past the swing pivot point. Longer the tongue, more stress on that swing away, so keep it as short as you can. This is from the 3x5 Fulton kit:I called Shadow. Great customer service but they were unable to come up with one. The boat is a 27 Speedster with a Competitive trailer.
Can you post some photos of the tongue? My 26 ft has 3 5/8 x 6 size swing away
Not really that big of a look
Thats a super nice job! Did you repaint the whole trailer after or were you able to paint match it?I did my 4x6 two years ago on my Lavey 26. No kit available, I bought the plates from Adrenaline and the new actuator from Pacific Trailers, then started cutting! Been towing from Salt Lake City to Havasu and Powell since, it’s been great.

Thanks! I only painted back about 6” beyond the jack and feathered the paint the best I could. I had the paint shop match the color and put into spray cans. The color matches very close.Thats a super nice job! Did you repaint the whole trailer after or were you able to paint match it?
