Coast Spas swim spa I'm hoping to get rid of at my place in NV about 25 miles outside of Bullhead City. Anyone willing to come and get it and has the ability to load/transport it can have it.

Don't know the model number, but with the cover on it is 90" wide, 152" long, and 58" tall. Looking at the user manuals for similar units from this manufacturer, estimated weight is 2200 pounds.

It works as far as I know (I've never used it) and one of the pumps comes on when power is applied. It seems to be in very good shape. I've thought about filling it back up and having it available for us to use, but I doubt we ever would. I'd rather just have it out of my way.

The people I bought the property from actually won the lottery and spared no expense on stuff like this. When the husband died, I bought the place "as-is" from the wife because she didn't want to move anything. Been trying to make a decision on what to do with this spa ever since. Time to get rid of it.

@DLC @Waterjunky @Bpracing1127, bringing this to your attention since you expressed interest when I mentioned it a couple of weeks ago. All other interested parties welcome too though. First one to show up and grab it wins.

That sob looks like the only way would be on a roll off, wonder what that’d cost me to Fort Mohave.

A customer of mine bought 1 2 years ago. I poured the slab. Forget the weight when full. He paid $33K delivered. You have to lift with a crane or it will get damaged. Can't dolly them per company he bought from.

This one does have a full metal frame under it, so I imagine putting a dolly under each corner and along the sides would be fine for moving it. It is currently under a carport, so it wasn't craned in place. Getting it up onto a trailer might be a trick though.

$33K delivered? Might be worth someone to rent a couple of pieces of equipment to take this thing away then. I knew they were pricey, but not that pricey.

Looks to be in really good shape, better than I expected, actually.

i was hoping for more seating around at the ends.

let me check w/ wife and a few friends… to help move it

the outside looks faded from the sun.

Yeah, after I cleaned out the inside today and got the dust/dirt out, I was pretty impressed with how it looks.

The cover is dusty for sure, but I think the outside panels are just that color. The side next to the stairs never gets any sun (first and second pictures) and those panels are pretty much the same as the others.

I'll be here all week.

Man I would love to grab that. How is access getting close to there with a long trailer? It looks pretty wide open.

Pretty easy. Once turned around after coming in the gate, you can pretty much back right up to it.

I bet you could pick that with a backhoe or a pettybone

A few things. Scissor lift, Ditch Witch (needs restoration), a ton of plumbing fittings, another ~6 person spa I already gave away, a home gym system I had to disassemble and trash because it was too big for me to move, and some other stuff.

I'm still looking for the briefcase full of cash he was hiding from her, but no luck yet.

Good score though either way. Place looks cool

Scissor lift 🤔
Yes, for getting up to change the bulbs in the shop lights and for getting up onto the roof. I also used it to help install two roll up doors on other buildings on the property.

I had to put new batteries and a relay in it and now it works great. Probably going to keep it.

Nope! I recently used it to get on the roof of the shop so I could change the skylights. Would have been a real trick to get up there otherwise. I think the lift is going to stay exactly where it is.

I think I may be back up there the weekend of June 14 or the weekend after, but I can adjust for someone who is seriously coming to get it.

Nice spa.

Someone just call a spa dealership, they will know someone who can move this thing.

I’ll move it to so cal for no cost and can probably set up a crane. I was gonna take it but don’t have the infrastructure and can’t get anyone to my house to do it.

That's a hell of an offer for someone who wants it but can't figure out how to transport it...

Looks like I won't be out there until the weekend of the 12th. Is that doable?
Unfortunately it won't. Hopefully somebody else on here will pick you up on your generous offer👍

Just got rid of it this past week! I told one of the neighbors about it and his daughter and son-in-law wanted it. Some redneck engineering to get it moved, but the point is it's out of my way now.

Video of the "loading":

How they drove it away. At least they weren't going far. 🤷‍♂️

Is that Dave’s trailer? If so no wonder they get jacked up so often. Congrats on getting rid of it. 👍

Not Dave's trailer, but after the way these guys treated this one, I don't think I'd be very willing to lend my flatbed out either. At least it was theirs and not one they borrowed.

I hope they get it hooked up and are able to use the spa like the daughter envisioned. The father and son-in-law were the ones who came to get it and the father put a lot of work into figuring out how to get it loaded. I kind of had an internal laugh because I wondered if it occurred to the father that the son-in-law no doubt has some plans about what to do with the daughter in that thing.

Anywhoo...having the extra room to park my car is nice!
