The issue I have with the holding call is that neither Oline were called for holding the whole game so if they're not going to call holding then don't.

I planned to do smoked pulled pork and stumbled upon a recipe for "pork shots" on Friday night.
Really simple to make and were damn good! Cliff notes, you take a 3/4" slice of kielbasa sausage, wrap it in thick sliced bacon using a toothpick to hold the bacon making a cup with the sausage at the bottom, fill it with a mixture of cream cheese, diced onion, diced jalapenos, seasoning of your choice then smoke at 300+ for an hour then baste with your favorite BBQ sauce then braze it at a higher temp.
