When we bought our place in Willow, we used a company call Caliber. They provided a nice loan with good intrest and process was easy. Good luck!

Just thought I’d throw this out as an option. We used them to finance our mobile at Havasu Landing.

These guys do quite a bit here in SoCal. No experience with them personally.

Interesting to read this, we heard most lenders are a big no at The Landing, because if it comes down to a repo situation the tribe says the mobile is theirs now and won't allow anyone to take it

you know there is one problem in earp, right ?
The way i understand it is that the lease with the indians expire in about 10 years and nobody
knows whats going to happen.

alot of people say nothing will happen a lease will be extended, renegotiated, renewed.
but some people say the Indians will take everything

all i know is that they have alot of demands if you want to put a shed or anything on the property.
