I sure didn't expect Oklahoma to be up 31 - 17 at the half. :eek The second half is going to be a battle for sure.

Shocked. It will not surprise me if OU chokes in the second half though. I didn't even think we would be in this ballgame.

Yuuup...lol... bye bye Bama. OU looked legit tonight. And I didn't think they should have been there at all. If Trevor Knight stays healthy, they're gonna be a force to reckon with next year. Just one more SEC left to fail. :skull:D

A decent team always looks legit when another team has nothing to play for, alabama season was over a few weeks ago...Wish i would of took the 21 points and OK.

Has anyone noticed that the big underdogs have covered every game this bowl season. Mark May and Lou Holtz thought this was going to be an Alabama blow out. Like in real life hard work and determination will always prevail. Well Done Oklahoma!!!

Yes I am in a bowl pool and have lost all the big games when I took the favorite.

Even in a loss, McCarron still wins...

It really is too bad the one year, in the last 15 years, OU does not choke in a big bowl game it is a meaningless game. Every college football fan is clawing for the playoffs.

She'll be back once she sees how much first-round rookies get paid in the NFL....

I don't think he goes first round??? Maybe... Him chucking the ball out of bounds over and over when a blitz was coming did not look good to scouts I don't think last night.

If there was a playoff in place this year. #11 Oklahoma would have been playing in the Alamo Bowl. :p

AL's left OT dropped out of the 1st round.....Couldn't get near OU's outside LB who made McCarron's night a dismal one.

OU's defense was built to rush spread passing teams and Saban never figured out he couldn't take 27 out of the game......Saban got outcoached 2 in a row.:eek

I don't know if he's a top-round pick, but I don't see him slipping out of it.

There are 32 picks per round, and I just don't see too many QB-needy teams passing him by.

But...ya never know how these things work out. Tebow went in the first round, Brady was the 199th pick LOL

21? Line moved to 18 with a total of 52. I jumped all over the overs.

The LT had no chance against that OU LB, not really his fault though, Saban should have moved a TE over to help.

It was all over once Alabama fell behind and minimized their running...as evidenced by 7 sacks.

Guys like Eric Striker are too small against the run, but he had the speed to get around the edge, and 'Bama did nothing to counter it.
Saban absolutely was out-coached IMHO.
