Just do it! If you do not have a smart TV with streaming built in, pick up a FireCube: https://www.amazon.com/All-new-fire...tv&qid=1673808142&sprefix=fire,aps,536&sr=8-5
You probably already have Amazon Prime, yes? If so, you'll have access to all kinna stuff without having to spend an additional dime.
Firesticks are cheaper, but they have less memory (you won't be able to install as many apps, and the sound and picture is better than the stick. It's worth the couple of extra bucks. Once you get a feel for streaming, THEN you can decide what paid apps you want. They all have free trials, and websites that tell you Exactly what you will be getting on the live side of things.
If you don't have a prime account, I've heard the Roku is good as well. Enjoy your new found cash!!
