I believe it does.. But I want to get estimates 1st. If it's cheap I'll just get it fixed. I'm trying to find a ladder tall enough to get up on the RV garage roof. Mine is too short and I'm not doing the ape jump up and grab with my hands and pull myself up BS.. LOL

Thanks again to Pat for checking on things for me. Looks like lots of new additions to the slope (especially the big one in the backyard) but nothing too bad. I couldn't believe the waterline along the street....must have been 2' deep in the middle of the street and the crest of the hill is only 10 houses up...had to be shittons of water to do what it did.

Had some other people inquire after Pat was already done....very cool.

I tracked down your tire covers that blow off your Toon and put them back on. The first pics is some rutting on the side you put your toon you big deal. Your house looks all GOOD! Your lower neighbors got rutting under his drive way. As for your street it's like taking the trail up to Bison Falls. Side note LHC will have it all cleaned a with in a week.
