Lot of great people helping out. I check on 4 homes and they were all ok. The only person I know that has damage lives here full time. Water came into his yard from the house above. Made a mess out of the landscaping, pool and water went into one room in the house. The ground is getting pretty soft.

I know it's a leap of faith here but just looking at places from the outside probably isn't an assessment of the whole situation.. That storm was act of god kind of shit.

My place looks great from the outside.. Here is what my rv garage looks like on the inside.

On my patio

Water was seeping out of this electrical outlet..

And just about everywhere else.. Needless to say this is probably gonna get pricey. I'd wager my whole dam too leaks.. Just have enough of that cotton insulation stuff that it was absorbing it instead of letting it into the house.

In short you might want to have a friend check the inside too.

I believe it does.. But I want to get estimates 1st. If it's cheap I'll just get it fixed. I'm trying to find a ladder tall enough to get up on the RV garage roof. Mine is too short and I'm not doing the ape jump up and grab with my hands and pull myself up BS.. LOL

Sure if you would not mind please. The cameras seem to show everything ok but it is the side and backyard I am little worried about. My neighbors rear patio slab lost foundation and was sliding last season. He did some repairs so hopefully it held up. The side gate is unlocked too. I am at 3210 Amigo dr. It is north of avalon and one street south of Palo Verde North. Thank you very much :thumbsup

Water probably pooled on top of the RV garage. Wonder if that happened to mine also? Its flat on top with sides so where is the water suppose to go? Hopefully there is some type of drainage system in place on top. If it is inside your walls then you have to worry about mold and stuff right even in the heat or will that not let mold grow when it is that hot?

Thank you both for going by. It is greatly appreciated and thanks for the comments. Jason does do nice work. I am glad the neighbors above held up ok. They are weekenders also and a very nice family. They put some rocks and bricks up to help secure their slope because it had eroded under their patio slab and dropped dirt on my side so glad their bracing held up.

It's not gonna be cheap, if I were you I would be drilling some holes in the drywall lid in your garage and get some air in there to get it dried out before the mold and mildew start, might get lucky and just need a little patch and texture work. It's possible that the garage roofs drainage system capacity was not enough to keep up with torrential down pour, water pooled above the sealed area and you got some water in a few bays of the rafters or maybe it's fucked:skull on the patio I'm thinking you have some bigger issues to deal with now.
