Awesome setup! Did you have the transom redone when you re-powered? I’m surprised how high the back of the boat sits out of the water. Beautiful.

I understand its somewhat still there.. probabably didnt inquire correctly.. was the raised part of the transom removed due to cracking on the old 22 sst.. I know its common.. Also. The way in the pic above would limit mounting the engine higher up that plane producing more stress, correct?

Could be a question for Al.

Bummer looks like your top bolts were leaking for years.
Looking at photos the 224 is completely different than the 22 with 6"-8" of added freeboard going back to 2000. The Carbon/Kevlar 224 Built in 2005 is the same as current Build.
