So.... here's the deal. My Schiada needs a new wheel and I want a white one with the 9 bolt formula pattern (Rex has'em)
My question is, is there an adapter for the 6 bolt Momo/Dino type to the 9 bolt large diam hub. My billett hub is a long one (8" I think) with two slightly different 6 bolt patterns and I don't want to change that. No, I have not called Rex yet. Just figured someone here has dealt with this.

Rex has an adapter for it.. :) ask him in his section! Or if you want I can make a duplicate of your post for you and put it in there so you don't have too..

Don't go with a plane wheel.. The steering wheel is what finishes off the boat! The new Livorsi wheel is nice.. but I prefer Impy Billet wheel with the leather grip.. ;)

I like the budnik wheels too, but in all honesty, i like the old 3 spoke dish racing wheels with the rubber grip, and black mechanical gauges :D

And the adapters can be made if they can't be bought retail. I've made quite a few myself.

They have paddles that can control a TH400 in a car... Don't know how useful they would be in a boat. You aren't shifting very often compared to a car on a roadcourse.

Yeah i can only imagine docking and harbor maneuvering while you are trying cycle back and fourth between reverse and 2nd, It'd be like those god damn old B&M ratchet shifters, they are a f'n nightmare.

Impy billet wheels are so 2000 n late! Budnik splitgrip is the only way to go!

Splitgrips? You'd rather have some blazing hot piece of polished billet on the front of your steering wheel instead of a full leather wrap?

I'd would say it's about time RexOne came up with some new designs though. The only one I'm really a fan of is the Daytona wheel.. There's a lot of billet wheels out there, with nice designs.

Dave, I thought when I bought my Budnik splitgrip it was gonna be hotter than shit sitting out in the sun all day in parker, but suprisingly it was the opposite. Doesnt get that hot! (maybe its my tough framer hands though)

I agree. Our designs by John Impy are targeted at the old school classics and street rod market. They still do very well into those markets considering economic conditions.

I have grabbed some hot split grips in boats though (and cars with sun through windshield), his hands must be half steel.
