Horrible company to work with. Just did a 40 x 40 through them, no call backs, took forever, wrong and missing parts. Total shit show.

Which company do you recommend? I get emails from TORO, and some of their close
out stuff seems fairly reasonably priced, but I'm not even sure

Lot of people using Heritage, good place per my contractor that did mine.

I sold and erected previously, primarily versa tube until they got balloon head syndrome. Prices have come down a bit with them lately.

If you go that route get their Engineered frame and I could point you in a direction to save on sheeting and trim locally

Did you put it up your self?

I had them install it. Took two days. I’ve referred at least 50 of my friends and family, and non of them had an issue, other than the garage door people, and they are a different company.

I used Forbes Steel Buildings out of Phelan, Ca. I have absolutely no problem recommending them. Jody is the guy to talk to. They’re a small family biz. They build their own frame/red iron parts and have a company out of Adelanto (McElroy) that makes the siding. They handle all the engineering, permits, slab, and erection.
They've also done some of my neighbors shops. Im in Murrieta if you want to see it in person. Mine is 40x50 with 14’ walls.

2019 price was $54k as you see it in those pictures. I have no idea now. I gave them a certified, graded pad and they did the rest. I also stubbed out my own utilities prior to the pad going in.
