steel buildings. any one in them?

I am in the market for one too put on a property I bought recently( see chain saw thread)

any recommendations on brands too look at/ avoid?

I'll be watching the responses. I'm picking up 2 commercial lots and looking to put up a steel building about 3k feet for the projects.

In the permit process. 40x30 garage. Not going all out. More of less a place for the boats and tools and a little work shop.
United car ports is who I am using . They did a carport for me. They are doing everything, accept electrical. from cement work to Installing building. Probably going to be around 35 k when all said and done. Permits, install, cement, building. Electrical will be my neighbor and myself.

My father just built a red iron 40x50 garage with three bay doors. He got the insulation too. Stays nice and cool and is well built as well. Hope that helps
